After getting engaged on the mountain, we had little doubt about getting married on one. We picked a pretty XVI century Bastion with views across beautiful Vilnius. Be ready for wind, sun, panorama and a glass of champagne.

Weather in Lithuania can be unpredictable, no matter summer or winter. We are hoping for beautiful sunshine but please be ready for romantic rain too - bring umbrella and a jacket for your stay.

Goes without saying - please don't be late to the ceremony.

Vilnius Old Town is full of charming cobblestone streets, and our wedding venue features grass and gravel paths — we recommend leaving the stilettos at home for your own comfort.

Finally, Vilnius will be celebrating its Capital Days on September 5–7 (yes, we picked the date first!). Expect lively streets, food markets, and concerts filling the city squares. While it adds an extra dose of fun, it might also mean busier traffic and higher demand for taxis — be sure to plan ahead and allow a bit of extra time for getting around.
